The Upper Pond treehouse at Treehouse Point looks like it walked out from the pages of a fairytale! Inside the treehouse, a queen-sized bed and two twin loft beds make for a spacious and comfortable retreat. Guests have plenty of space to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the treehouse life.

The treehouse roosts 11 feet off the ground in a grove of magnificent cedars. Its curved roofline and natural branch railings add rustic charm.

Views of the Pond Room

Upper Pond is located above the resort’s central pond, nestled between the Pond Room and the Nest treehouse. The Pond Room is a multipurpose space for special events. Large windows and the deck offer sweeping views of Treehouse Point’s tranquil ponds.

Nelson Treehouse carpenter Rolf crafted this elegant built-in bench on the Upper Pond deck. He was inspired by designs he saw on a recent trip to Japan.

Details like these railing toppers add so much character. From the Upper Pond deck, you can spot the quaint Nest treehouse.

The interior is spacious and holds a queen-sized bed, twin loft beds, two armchairs, a table, a coffee nook, and a water closet with a composting toilet.

Trillium: The Tremendous Treehouse of Windows

Nestled on the banks of a serene pond, this two-story treehouse rises 15 feet high in a soaring cedar. A curved staircase winds around the tree, stopping at a mid-way viewing platform before climbing to the front door. Perhaps most notable are the many windows, which cover nearly every inch of the Trillium’s walls and provide panoramic views of the forest.

It’s easy to fall in love with Trillium at Treehouse Point.

The Trillium roosts behind the Pond Room, a multi-purpose space for special events. A bridge passes across a creek at the base of the Trillium. A short walk past Trillium are the Bathhouses, which are complete with heated flooring, showers, toilets, and even an outdoor shower for the warmer months.

The Trillium’s proximity to the pond provides sweeping views of the water. Trillium’s mid-way platform, sheltered from the rain for year-round viewing, is one of the best places to view the pond.

Natural branch railing posts add whimsy to the Trillium’s staircase. Guests can give some love to the central cedar as they climb to the front door.

Inside of Trillium

Inside, guests are met with warm wood paneling, a classic ship’s ladder, and fantastic forest vistas through the walls of windows. A smooth, live-edge slab makes for the perfect countertop.

Windows cover most of the Trillium’s four walls, granting guests stellar views of the forest. The tranquil forest views imbue the treehouse with a sense of sanctity. Upon walking into the Trillium for the first time, many people whisper when they speak—it just feels right in such a beautiful place.

Climbing the ship’s ladder to the bedroom loft harkens back to childhood notions of treehouses. The loft holds a cozy, queen-sized bed.

Push back the curtains beside the bed to reveal a toilet and sink.

Looking out from the loft to the bottom floor is a magical experience. Gold-hued pendant lights hang from the ceiling, and the windows showcase the forest in a unique way only seen in Trillium.

Hideaway: The Hidden Escape at Treehouse Point

Tucked between ferns, bushes, and towering evergreens is an escape from the rise and grind of everyday life. This is Hideaway, Treehouse Point’s rustic cedar cabin that overlooks the roaring Raging River. Just like the name implies, Hideaway is a secret that only those who know where to look, will find.

The perfect summer getaway doesn’t exist — except, maybe it does. Meet the accommodation shrouded in mystery, Washington foliage, and adventure. Though cozy all year round, something about experiencing this cabin-like room during the warmer season feels especially nostalgic and magical.

So, How Does One Find This Secret escape?

Hideaway is quite literally a hidden gem. Follow the twinkling lights down the tall, winding staircase that runs along the moss covered hill, then wander under Burl’s other-worldly sky bridge, and onto the narrow dirt path that leads to the cozy cabin.

The Retreat From One World Into Another.

The fairy-light lined porch of Hideaway is complete with two sunchairs, a rustic wooden railing, and a translucent roof that allows the sun to filter through and light the space. This is the perfect homey spot to sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds chirp in the forest.

Wake Up to Peace and Serenity.

Wake up in Hideaway’s luxurious king bed to the sound of rushing water from the Raging River, just a small walk down the slope. Large windows cover each wall of Hideaway, providing ample forest views.

The Down-to-Earth Reading Nook.

The cozy fur-covered chairs with ample natural light streaming in through the windows create a perfect spot to read and relax after an adventurous day exploring the many forest trails surrounding Treehouse Point. Bring a book, or buy one of ours, for a laidback evening in the pages!

Now, Let’s Talk Toilet.

This might be the cutest toilet ever– if that can even be said about a toilet. A delicate moon-shaped carving on the door gives a nod to historic antique outhouses. The toilet at Hideaway is compostable, which means less water waste and a more eco-friendly stay!

Compostable toilets not your thing? The Treehouse Point property also has a bathhouse – a full bathroom complete with flushing toilets, luxurious showers, heated floors– everything you could want in a bathroom.
