5 Ways to Elevate Your Romantic Getaway At Treehouse Point

As Valentine’s Day draws near, there’s no better moment to plan a romantic, unforgettable escape than now. Treehouse Point, our Washington bed and breakfast with seven treehouses and three one-of-a-kind accommodations, offers the perfect setting for couples seeking peace, privacy, and connection in nature.

February in the treehouse forest is especially whimsical, with rainy evenings spent high in the branches, the soft patter of raindrops on the roof, and cozy blankets to curl up under.

Even without extra amenities, evenings spent high in the branches of our old-growth forest are utterly enchanting. But if you’re dreaming of making your stay feel even more magical, we’ve got you covered.

Here are five thoughtful ways to elevate your romantic getaway in the trees.

1. Book a Stay in our romantic LoveBomb.

While it’s the season of love, there’s only one kind of “LoveBombing” we approve of—and that’s our newest accommodation, the LoveBomb, added to Treehouse Point in 2024. Designed for intimacy and connection, this 60s-inspired retreat is actually an upcycled army truck turned retro love shack, perfect for couples looking to cozy up in style.

Our carpenters at Nelson Treehouse and Supply had a blast bringing the LoveBomb to life, including the artistic shingles—nicknamed swingles for their sweeping, swooping design. Truly, LoveBomb isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a piece of art you can sleep in.

2. Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

The second option on this list is one of our favorites! Our pastry chef, Caleb, created these decadent chocolate-covered strawberries one afternoon as our team was brainstorming romantic treats, and we’ve been obsessed with them ever since.

Now, these indulgent sweets can be yours. Add our Sparkles and Strawberries Package to your booking at check out to experience an evening with six house-made chocolate-covered strawberries, each with unique designs and toppings, a bottle of chilled premium champagne, and rose petals on the bed to set the mood.

3. Romantic Truffles in the Trees

Another delicious way to elevate your stay is with our Romantic Retreat Package. This sweetheart package sets the scene for an intimate night in the trees with rose petals scattered across the bed, a bottle of prosecco or wine for two, artisan truffles, and a morning mimosa the next day—everything you need for an unforgettable escape in the trees.

If you prefer to skip the spirits, we also offer Noughty in the Trees. This non-alcoholic option includes a chilled bottle of Noughty Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé, paired with a sleeve of five locally made artisan chocolates.

4. Charcuterie in your Treehouse

For those who lean a bit more savory, this one’s a crowd-pleaser. Our handcrafted charcuterie board is artfully arranged with a curated selection of seasonal fruit, artisanal cheese, and local meats and crackers. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

We recommend adding a bottle from our premium wine selection as a simple way to elevate this experience and compliment the flavors of the board.

5. Breakfast in Bed

Once you stay in a treehouse, you’ll never want to leave. This universal sentiment among our guests is exactly why we began offering a Breakfast in Bed Package at Treehouse Point! Stay snuggled in your treehouse as our staff curates a delicious tray made by our in-house chefs, and deliver it to your door.

Prefer to wander down to the Lodge? Breakfast is also served there each morning from 8:30am to 10:00am.
