Looking for a Treehouse Tour Near Seattle? Here's How to Visit Treehouse Point
Hidden in the forests of the Snoqualmie Valley, just 30 minutes from Seattle, is a cozy bed and breakfast called Treehouse Point. The reason for it’s name? Well, instead of rooms, this bed and breakfast actually has seven whimsical treehouses, and three additional unique stays that guests can sleep in.
Through tours, overnight stays, and corporate retreats, visitors get the chance chance to experience real treehouses and the tranquility that has made the property a destination for travelers from around the world.
Treehouse Point is accessible by car, and the roads leading to the gravel parking lot are paved and well maintained throughout the year. We’re only a 5 minute drive off of I-90.
Can I visit Treehouse Point without staying the night?
Yes! If you’re looking to catch sight of our treehouses, but can’t stay the night, we have the perfect offering for you.
Every month, our team puts together several property tours, where guests are guided through Treehouse Point by a knowledgeable tour guide.
What happens on a property tour?
Tours are an enchanting way to see the forest and treehouses. Each tour starts promptly at 12:15 PM and last about 1 hour. As you wander the trees with an expert guide, you'll get the opportunity to view all seven treehouses, the additional accommodations, and ask questions about their design, construction, and history.
The tours will happen rain or shine, so make sure to bring sunscreen or a rain jacket!
How Do I book a tour?
Tour tickets become available online at 2 p.m. PT on the first Tuesday of the month prior to the month you’d like to visit. Tours are open to all ages, but we strongly recommend the tour for ages 4 and above. Children ages 5 and under may attend free of charge and do not require a purchased ticket.

Do you ever do tours with Pete Nelson?
For those who don’t know, Pete Nelson is the visionary behind Treehouse Point and star of the television series Treehouse Masters. Through his company, Nelson Treehouse and Supply, Pete has designed and built hundreds of treehouses around the world, inspiring people to reconnect with nature through elevated living. Alongside his wife, Judy, he transformed this riverside forest into the cozy treehouse retreat guests know and love today.
On rare occasions, we offer a Private Tour with Pete Package, where guests are guided through Treehouse Point by the man who brought it to life. Available exclusively to our email subscribers, this highly anticipated experience sells out quickly each time it is released.
In the past, the Private Tour with Pete Packages have included early access to the property, a private tour of Treehouse Point and select treehouses with Pete, an intimate charcuterie and wine Q&A in the Pond Room with Pete, and a two-night stay in either Burl, Trillium, Temple of the Blue Moon, or Ananda.
With the construction of Treehouse Kitchen underway, we’re hopefull to add an even more unique experience to future packages.
Want to be the first to know when the next package becomes available? Sign up for our newsletter and you'll receive early access to future announcements and releases.
Can I visit the property anytime?
To respect our guests' privacy, Treehouse Point does not allow drop-in visits. If you’d like to see the property, please book a tour, an overnight stay, or coordinate with our office.
We’re so excited to see you in the trees!

Snoqualmie:
Snoqualmie is a place built for the cover of postcards. From the towering Snoqualmie Falls waterfall 270 feet above the river below, to the Historic Downtown with a railway station, Snoqualmie is a place you don’t want to miss out on. Afterward seeing the falls, head on over to the Historic Downtown Snoqualmie for some delicious wine at Sigillo’s or up to the Ridge for some comfort food and live music at Saints and Scholars Irish Pub.
Fall City:
Experience small-town charm when visiting Fall City, our closest neighbors and long time friends.
As you walk along the main street, weave in and out of the unique markets, second-hand stores, and restaurants. One of our personal favorite spots is Aroma Coffee Co, where you can order some delicious specialty coffee made with syrup crafted by Chef Manny, and soon-to-be pastries and savory items from Treehouse Kitchen. Our favorite way to spend the afternoon is sipping a drink from the balcony of Pete’s Treefort.
No visit to Fall City would be complete without a stop at Moo Ice Cream. With its cow-print exterior and giant cow perched on the roof, it's nearly impossible to miss! The ice cream is just as memorable as the building itself.
