Tai-Chi is offered on select days at TreeHouse Point, either outdoors amidst the trees (weather permitting), or in the gorgeous cedar-lined Pond Room. Tai-Chi is a gentle, ancient form of graceful exercise dating back over 2000 years, and it has been described as "Meditation in Motion." Many beginners and people who do not enjoy "traditional" exercise do very well with Tai-Chi. Enjoyed by people of every age, background, and physical ability, Tai-Chi is a gentle, enjoyable, and simple way to balance the mind and body.
